The presenting author must be registered at the conference.
Regular oral talks will last 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.
Invited oral talks will last 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Plenary talks will last 45 minutes + 15 minutes for questions.
All presenters are invited to use the dedicated computer available in the conference room. Presentations can be uploaded by a flash drive on the day of the presentation, at least 30 minutes before the session starts. The use of personal laptops will be allowed in special cases.
The recommended format for the slides is 16:9 for all presentations.

Poster presentations have been split in the three different sessions (I, II and III, on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, respectively). The code assigned to every poster will appear in the book of abstracts, and the same code will be on the poster panel.
Posters should be in A0 format: 84 cm x 119 cm (width x height).
Authors are invited to include in the poster the email of the presenting author.
All posters presented by a student will be eligible for the Best Poster Presentation Award, sponsored by JPhys Materials.
Posters must be hung up in the morning of the poster session and removed at the end of the day.
